ADRIAN WORKMAN
Adrian brings 15+ years’ experience supporting men and young people, working across diverse communities with a warm, practical style. He specialises in groupwork
development and facilitation, including Time 4 Dads parenting programs for parents of teenagers, and has a strong track record supporting adolescent boys, young men, first‑time fathers and separated fathers.
People describe Adrian as approachable and down‑to‑earth: he builds rapport quickly, listens with genuine curiosity, and helps clients uncover practical insights they can use straight away. His group sessions create inclusive spaces where men
can connect, learn from each other, practice new skills, and explore deeper questions about meaning and purpose.
Adrian balances real‑world strategies—managing anger, overcoming isolation, and building better relationships—with work on values, identity and long‑term direction. He blends psychoeducation and hands‑on tools in a conversational, strengths‑based way to help men take tangible steps while also finding greater clarity and purpose.
Adrian holds a Bachelor of Applied Social Science (Counselling) from ACAP University College in Sydney. He is a Clinical Member of the Psychotherapy and Counselling
Federation of Australia (PACFA) and is a Level 4 Member and Clinical Supervisor with the Australian Counselling Association (ACA).


DAVID ROSA
David is a warm and measured therapist whose practice draws on the best evidenced approaches to individual, couple and family therapy. It is important to him to create an environment in which clients feel safe and heard.
David has a particular interest in working with couples who experience conflict or trust issues, or who are going through significant life changes, and with couples who are embarking on their ‘next significant relationship’. He is also works with families, and particularly adult families, who are struggling to understand how to communicate with one another. He is able to support parents in intact and post-separation situations to become happier and more confident parents.
David has a special interest in supporting men to talk about relational and emotional challenges, and has a strength in helping all individuals dealing with depression and anxiety..
David brings to his practice a deep understanding of the components that make for healthy, strong relationships and nurturing and effective parenting. His background as a business leader and coach has helped him develop strong skills in analytical thinking and problem-solving. His professional experience, including running groups for men to talk about their life experiences, and working with complex couple presentations, has helped him hone a strong emotional intelligence.
David holds a Graduate Diploma in Relationship Counselling (Relationships Australia); Diploma in Counselling (AIPC) and Bachelor of Business (UTS).
