Group Program — Payment & Cancellation Terms
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the program fee is required to secure your place in the group program. The remaining balance will be processed 4 weeks prior to the program commencement date.
Withdrawal & Refund Policy
If you have paid the full program fee and wish to withdraw, the following conditions apply:

More than 4 weeks prior to the program start date: 50% of the total fee paid will be refunded.

Within 4 weeks of the program start date, or after the program has commenced: No refund will be issued.
Please note that the initial 50% deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances, including withdrawal prior to the 4-week period.
Program Cancellation
In the event that the program is unable to proceed, a full refund of all fees paid will be issued.
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. In exceptional cases, a discretionary refund or partial refund may be considered upon written request. Requests must be submitted within 14 days of the circumstance arising, or within 14 days of the program conclusion date, whichever is earlier. Such requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. Approval of any discretionary refund remains at the sole discretion of the program provider. Supporting documentation may be requested.
